E-Learning Day – Announcement
This is the Monmouth-Roseville School District with a message for our parents:
Due to our blizzard warning and anticipated whiteout conditions, Monday, March 16th, is an E-Learning Day for all students. Students in grades 9 to 12 should log into their device to find the activities for the day. Students in grades Kindergarten to 8 should work on the packet of activities that was sent home from the teacher.

The high school Softball game at Galesburg today is cancelled.
The "One-Click College Admit" program is going live! That means your student can fill out a basic form, including their high school GPA, and receive direct admission to Illinois Community Colleges and Public Universities. This eliminates application fees, essays, letters of recommendations, etc. The letter from ISBE is attached, and the opt-in form is hyperlinked in the letter. Juniors must enroll in this program during this school year to be eligible.

There are more scholarships rolling in (slowly, but surely). The Galesburg Elks Lodge #894 scholarship has been posted, along with the Children's Care Corporation College Scholarship. Our Scholarship List is linked under the "Counselor's Corner" on the H.S website, along with here:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1xzzN0zKwQefZlUeEN3iO1PDczbqXg_M2MD_t-9dCgxc/edit?tab=t.0v
Our Scholarship List is updated as scholarships come in, so the ones that are blacked out, we have not yet received for this year. They will be "uncovered" and updated when we receive them. Students need to check the Scholarship List 25-26 frequently and make sure they read the qualifications and requirements of the scholarships. We will update the list and email the class of 2026 when new opportunities arise.
Also note some scholarships are linked an online to complete and some are on paper. See your Counselor for applications, help, questions, etc.!
Happy Scholarship season!!
